Teaching Background + Experience

I fell in love with Pilates when I lived in London and would attend classes almost daily. Pilates became my happy place, a place to unwind after a long day in the office. After I moved to Dubai in 2016, I finally decided to make my passion my career and started my Pilates Mat and Reformer training, quitting my office job and jumping head first into teaching full time shortly after. Realizing my passion for teaching movement, I decided to add Barre and Aerial certifications to my repert­oire. Leaving my 9–5 office job to pursue a career in fitness is the best thing I’ve ever done, and now I am excited to get up and go to work every day!

Why You Love Lagree + What to Expect in Your Class

I tried my first Lagree class nearly 5 years ago in London and I was instantly hooked. I loved the mix of low impact and high intensity, and the fact this workout is like no other out there. There are always modifications to make exercises more challenging or tone it down depending on your level — so you could be a complete beginner in the same class as someone really advanced, but regardless of your level you will still feel that same slow 4-count burn. In my class you can expect energy and enthusiasm, combined with lots of pulses, holds and variations of exercises. No two classes will be the same, and that includes the playlist which will always be fresh to keep you motivated. Your 50 minutes in the studio is less than 4% of your entire day — so I will make sure you get the most out of every class!
