Teaching Background:
I first began designing and executing intelligent total body work by incorporating my own strength routines into my training program as a cross-country/track & field athlete at The Ohio State University. I began my fitness career in 2016 and fell in love with the fun and rewarding environment of group exercise. Previously a competitive dancer and gymnast, my body craved more lengthening and flexibility training after my collegiate career concluded. I found Studio Lagree and immediately fell in love.
Why I love Lagree and what you can expect from my class
I love Lagree because you really get it all in one efficient 45-50-minute session. With quick transitions and thoughtful stacking of exercises, not a moment is wasted during class. I have never found a workout that so seamlessly combines flexibility, strength and endurance. There are so many adjustments you can make to amplify or modify any move, which allows each class to be engaging for a beginner and advanced student. Most importantly, after a few weeks of consistent classes you absolutely will see results that speak for themselves. In my class you can expect to be pushed to your limit, with me cheering you on the whole way through. Loud music and lots of abs are always on the menu. You might even surprise yourself with what you’re able to do.
