Teaching background/experience:
I fell in love with fitness when I went to a group fitness class that was tailored to all levels that encouraged me to keep going (even though I was wildly out of shape!). This greatly impacted my health and wellness and inspired me to start teaching group fitness myself. Over the past 10 years, I have taught a variety of group fitness classes. As a health psychologist, I also teach classes on sleep, healthy living, managing stress, and brain health. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and teaching lagree especially has been an amazing experience!
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
I love Lagree because it’s high intensity, yet low impact and a functional workout that translates into everyday living. I have eliminated my own low back pain through the core strengthening exercises and seen so many clients greatly improve their wellbeing as well! In class, I always encourage clients to focus on good form and engaging the right muscles over anything else. I”ll always pump the jams to keep class fun and lively!
