- B.F.A in Dance from University of Iowa

Teaching Background / Experience:
I have been dancing since I was three years old and since then I have been working with strength and flexibility throughout the body. I have always been amazed with what our bodies are capable of and the changes that we can attain through exercising. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science to gain more information on the effects of exercising, and what it can positively impact both mentally and physically. Along with group fitness classes, I also teach competitive dance to kids of all ages. In addition to teaching, I continue to perform in a professional dance company.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
I fell in love with the Lagree method during my first class. I love that these classes are high intensity but have no impact on my body keeping my joints feeling great at all times. The class inspires me to always work harder and keep chasing that burn that never stops. I always encourage my clients to find their best personal challenge in my classes. You can always expect a hefty abdominal block in my classes, because I believe these machines target them like nothing else. I always like to keep things fresh in class and make it unpredictable each time. My playlists are upbeat and energetic, combined with current hits and classics to keep you motivated throughout class. In my class, you can count on receiving modifications, adjustments, fun music, and a great burn!
