Teaching background/experience:
Growing up playing sports year round, I have always been into movement and a team atmosphere. In 2019 I turned my love for taking group fitness classes into teaching them and started coaching at Sweat Fitness Studios in Chicago. After years of taking Lagree classes in Chicago, I am grateful to add this amazing workout and community to my teaching schedule!

I call Lagree the body game changer because it challenges you in ways that other workouts do not through its combination of slow, controlled movements and intense resistance focus. In my class, you can expect an upbeat playlist, a focus on form, and to leave feeling like you were pushed to your limits.
