Background/Experience:
I first fell in love with Lagree in 2014 in Columbus, Ohio, at the Butcher Shop Fitness Studio. I quickly became addicted and jumped at the instructor training opportunity! I taught in Columbus for 3 years before I made my move to Chicago and sought out Studio Lagree to get my Megaformer fix!
Why I Love Lagree and what you’ll get in my Classes:
Through my fitness journey I was always seeking out an ab workout that would defy genetics. I found it on the Megaformer and have never seen better results or felt stronger with any other workout. In my classes you can expect an amazing ab workout, especially those obliques. I teach the class that I would want to take and make sure to challenge your whole body to upbeat and fun music!
