Teaching/Background Experience:
I began teaching Pilates in a traditional format shortly after college, instructing classes as well as private clientele, in both boutique studios and rehab settings. I discovered The Lagree Fitness Method shortly after moving to California in 2008 and was immediately hooked and certified shortly thereafter! Since then I have been incorporating my classical Pilates background with the innovative format of The Lagree Method.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect from my class:
I love Lagree because it is accessible to all bodies at all levels of fitness. From the novice student to trained athlete, this Method perfectly balances a challenging but supported, safe and sustainable workout. With the equipment and the Method constantly evolving, it also leaves very little space for boredom! I love classes with a strong abdominal/core focus, a rigorous leg series and a playlist you can dance to through the burn.
