Teaching Background/Experience
My love for dance at a young age led me to begin teaching dance during college, and my passion for health and fitness grew from there. I became interested in ways to cross-train my body, and that is when I fell in love with the Lagree method.
Why I Love Lagree and what to expect in my class
I love Lagree because it is an intense, focused full-body workout. As someone who has suffered time off because of injuries, I believe Lagree is the fastest, most effective way to transform your body and build your strength. I love sharing the things that I have personally gained from Lagree with my clients! In my class you can expect an awesome playlist, an effective routine, and some intense challenges. My goal as an instructor is for every client to leave my class feeling motivated and powerful!
