Teaching Background/Experience:
As a professional dancer for the past 10+ years I like to incorporate a balance of strength, flexibility and alignment in all of my classes to help others push past their limits and achieve their own fitness goals. Teaching allows me to connect with people and share my passion for physical fitness.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
I love the fact that I can never plateau or get bored in a Lagree class. My muscles are always fatigued, and it keeps challenging me to push past my own limits, and of course the shake. I love an intense core block and inner thighs leg series. I have still yet to find any workout that can target these muscles as well as Lagree. In my class expect hands on adjustments, to work hard and to have fun with a few well-timed throwback songs to put a smile on your face!
