Teaching Background / Experience
Growing up I was an active child, playing Basketball, Soccer, and Cheerleading; needless to say, I never stopped going. When I was younger I was quite overweight. Finding these types of activities and figuring out a healthier way of living definitely pushed me to where I am today. In college I found my love for Dance and decided to pursue it. It gave me the discipline and structure needed to have my career as a professional dancer and find my love for teaching group fitness. I love to motivate my students and clients by showing them anything is possible when you put your mind to it and work hard.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
I hate working out in the gym because I always feel like I wander around trying to figure out what I want to do and I don’t like working out alone. At Lagree I know I’m going to kick my butt for 50 minutes, work my whole body harder than I would doing anything else, and I’m going to see results quickly. In my class you’re going to definitely feel those booties burning on top of some great 80’s and 90’s throwbacks to help you get through the class. I make sure to keep my class fun and super motivational, allowing you to work at your own level while giving you some of the slowest countdowns to make sure you really fatigue your muscles out. You will be feeling the burn for days after and be thinking of me every time you take the stairs.
