Teaching Background & Experience:
A former gymnast and competitive cheerleader in Canada, I have naturally always had an enthusiasm for health and fitness. However, it wasn’t until 2017 that I got the courage to leave my job at a corporate office to pursue my passion for exercise. Needless to say, I haven’t looked back since and am excited to continue learning and enhancing my knowledge.
Why I Love Lagree and What to Expect from My Classes:
I was introduced to Studio Lagree as a client in 2017, following a back injury. Having been unable to weight train for several months prior, I found the low impact, strength focussed class exactly what I needed. The workout is incredibly challenging but equally addicting. A short few months later, I was fortunate enough to go through the instructor training, and the rest, as they say, is history! The clients are my favourite thing about teaching at Studio Lagree! They bring such a positive energy into each class which is incredibly humbling and helping them improve and see results is such a fulfilling part of my job. Expect my classes to be simple, but effective. I’ll work to challenge your mind as much as your body, so get ready to embrace the shake and feel that signature burn- in a good way!
