Teaching Background & Experience:
I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years now and I love it! I trained in one of the UK’s leading institutes for Personal Training and Sports Massage. I was very lucky to then begin my career in a prestigious, private studio in East London working and learning from some of London’s top trainers. I branched into teaching the Lagree Method in 2011 and since then have taught over 5,000 classes! I was very fortunate in 2013 to get the opportunity to bring the Lagree Method to Hong Kong where I worked as Head Instructor for a new start-up Lagree studio situated in the central district. I feel very fortunate and grateful to be working in an industry I am so passionate and curious about. My ultimate aim is to leave this world making every effort to help people live in a body they love and not one they hate.
Why I Love Lagree and What to Expect from My Classes:
I love the Lagree Method and the Megaformer because it is accessible to everyone and it delivers results fast. The design of the Megaformer allows the teacher to instruct to a mix of training levels, which can consist of complete beginners, to those with injuries, to those who are advanced and have been training for years. It’s a method that if you show up and put the work in 2-3 times per week you’ll get results. I find the group style of training very motivating and welcoming especially for clients who might otherwise struggle on the traditional gym floor. If you come to my classes, I expect you to show up and give me your all. I need you to try your best while enjoying the process. Finally, I love the sense of community that grows from teaching these classes. There is something very special about teaching to a group of people where everybody leaves the studio feeling better than when they arrived.
