Teaching Background & Experience:
I have been in the fitness industry since 2006. Initially, I began by just doing Personal Training and Sports Therapy. In 2011, I became a certified Pilates instructor. That’s when I started teaching more group exercise classes and continually adding more skills to assist my clients with their goals.

The Lagree workout is the perfect combination of a full body strength workout incorporating stability and balance not to mention core all within 50 mins with minimal load own joints thus massively reducing the chances of injury in comparison to weight training. I love the way Lagree Fusion helps to improve muscular endurance; “TUT” (time-under-tension) moving through movements slowly and controlled get those slow twitch fibres fired up which are great to recruit if you want to improve your body-composition.
