Born and raised in Southern California, I have always led a healthy and active lifestyle. From early training in ballet and dance to competitive team sports such as basketball, tennis, volleyball, and track and field, I am constantly seeking new challenges that will keep me physically fit while increasing stamina and strength.
An avid yoga practitioner for over 20 years, my holistic approach to total body wellness includes a keen interest in eastern medicine, acupuncture, and nutrition, as well as rigorous physical activity. In 2007 while working as a professional in the fashion industry, I was seeking something that would help to create more balance in her life by allowing me to explore a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
I was thrilled to discover the Lagree Method and its total body workout – with a focus on core conditioning and strengthening that delivers unparalleled results. I was certified by Sebastian Lagree at his flagship studio in West Hollywood and have gone on to work at studios and with private clients all over Southern California, as well as being one of the original trainers at SLT in NYC. After moving to London last year, I was thrilled to join the Studio Lagree UK team and truly believes this workout will make you stronger from the inside out.
