Teaching Background & Experience:
I’ve come from a professional classical ballet and contemporary dance background and crossed over from the dance industry into the field of fitness 5 years ago. Finding many similarities between the two, I’ve developed a very keen eye for alignment and form helping clients to practise safely. Initially, I started teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates, and then later on added Barre and then the Lagree Method into my repertoire of skills.
Why I Love Lagree and What to Expect from My Classes:
What I love about the Lagree Method is the versatility, which combines so many elements including a load of core work, strength training, flexibility and endurance training all in one class while still being low impact, safe on the joints and accessible to everyone. Being a trainer allows me to share my knowledge on how to use the body intelligently and to inspire clients to broaden their physical and mental awareness. I aim to create a space encouraging everyone to explore their bodies and to push their limits with zero judgments and a ton of positivity!
