WHY YOU LOVE LAGREE + WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR CLASS
Lagree was my solution to combatting two pregnancies and baby weight. It helped me strengthen my core and pelvis beyond where I started even before kids. It was the hardest full body workout I had ever completed and that efficiency is what a busy mom needs. Two years later, I’m stronger, fitter and slimmer than I’ve ever been and I attribute it all to the Lagree method. I see too many injuries in my professional practice that are due to imbalances in the abdominals and pelvis so this is the best non-impact workout to recalibrate a person’s core stability. I love it.
Expect form perfection and hands on corrections from 14 years as a sports medicine physiotherapist. The better form you have, the more efficient your body is moving and that translates to the right muscles being targeted for strength and sculpting. Expect to laugh at least once during class, hate me for a week but thank me when you’re stronger.
