Teaching Background & Experience:
I took a year off from my job in finance and decided to travel. During that year, I found my way into the fitness industry and gained my yoga, personal training and divemaster qualifications. I initially (and unwittingly) discovered the Lagree method in NYC just before it came across the Atlantic and let’s just say, I got my ass handed to me and it was love/hate at first burn. Upon my return to London, I got hooked on classes at Studio Lagree and jumped at the opportunity of training as an instructor!
Why I Love Lagree and What to Expect from My Classes:
I love Lagree because it’s e-f-f-e-c-t-i-v-e. Lagree is a hard workout and there’s no doubt about it. But done with correct form, it’s a killer workout that sculpts! You build strength and flexibility whilst developing better balance, posture and body awareness/proprioception over time as you continually refine technique and form – what’s not to love?! I love having the opportunity to teach a method I love, enjoy and believe in, and to be able to share that with others is an amazing thing! There is something incredibly satisfying about seeing others graft, persevere (through the burn) and eventually reap their well-earned rewards. It also helps that Team Lagree is made up of a wonderfully warm and welcoming bunch of people!
