I have always had a passion for fitness, having pushed myself in various fitness domains. It wasn't long before I found myself teaching fitness. I started my journey under the direction of ex pro-fighter and master trainer, DJ LaPerle and haven't lookedd back.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
My love for Lagree started when I understood how you are able to connect your mind and body in a way that is low impact but so effective. Lagree is my soul food – it pushes me to focus on my breath while pushing my body to its limits! You can expect a well thought out routine, clear articulation and good music to get you through! I love that juicy feeling of getting to muscle failure – you can expect this in my class with every stack! I like to experiment with how I block my routines so that you can 100% get through the class, however are working targeted muscles in a different way each time. Lagree method is THE method!!
