Teaching has always been a part of my life. My love for dance led me to my first teaching position at the age of 17, and as my passion grew into yoga, health, and fitness, so did my teaching.

The thing that I love most about the Lagree method is the focus that it requires. For those 50 minutes, everything else falls away and the challenge of the movement holds focus. It teaches you to deal with challenge, and in my class you can expect plenty of that! The approach that I bring to the challenge in my class is precision. Learning from the body through movement, exceeding expectations, and surprising yourself with what you can accomplish are my goals for each student when they step into my class.
