I began practising Pilates at a very young age under the mentorship of Amy Brown, and later receiving my Mat certification from Master Trainer Jennifer Horvath. Cardio health is also very important to me, and teaching indoor cycling has been a tiny love of mine for several years. When Lagree Fitness came to Canada, I knew we'd be a good match... and we were! I've been with Studio Lagree since day one, certified under Master Trainer Whitney George and Sebastian Lagree himself.
Why I Love Lagree and What to expect from my classes:
I love the thoughtfulness of the Lagree Method and how it can range in intensity- something I felt was missing in traditional pilates. I love how in one 50 minute class I feel stronger, longer, and more balanced. My classes are mindful, yet intense. There is nothing like a solid 4-count and a good old shake n' burn. I keep it traditional, and then I add a little flair! Be ready for some silly jokes, and some foul language.... but be ready to WORK!
