I come from a very diverse fitness background and can't wait to start sharing my vast knowledge with you. I am an accomplished International athlete, having started rowing in India at the age of 9 and haven't stopped since. In addition to rowing, I have successfully participated in fitness competitions and when I first tried Lagree, I fell in love with it instantly. I started my journey as a Lagree instructor by traveling to California to become certified by Sebastien Lagree's team. I then began teaching at Lagree YYC (Calgary) before relocating back to my hometown of Toronto and continuing my teaching career with Studio Lagree Toronto.
Why I love Lagree and what to expect in my class:
I love Lagree because of the people! Lagree is a high intensity with low impact without which means you burn a lot of calories while building strength and protecting your body from injuries. Its a mind body connection because you aren't just lifting or just biking, you are doing a lot if things together (all about going slow!). Lagree has made me stronger and flexible (lengthening your muscle) and it always helps me to stay super lean.
I am very traditional (original Lagree method) and I have been told that I have a very calm voice, but motivating at the same time. I will get to know everyone by their name and make sure that you have a great workout. Its all about going slow in my class and I can bet, you will be shaking every time. I stick to the basics (tried and tested) yet very challenging. I make use of the full 50 mins and you may hate me during the whole class, but you will thank me after.
