With 15 years of boxing experience, DJ Laperle has become a leader in the Canadian boxing community and an authority on box-fit programming.
For the past 10 years, DJ has coached competitive boxers and has himself trained with some of the best boxing and fitness instructors. He has maintained a competitive edge by spending time in many different boxing gyms and fitness studios.
Throughout the years DJ has developed a variety of effective training methods that focus on building lean muscle mass, improving cardiovascular abilities and maximizing calorie burn.
